TwoTwoZeroSixTwoZeroZeroFive

Wake to sounds of birds
Sun breaks my eyes open
Like dried mud in the heat

Slide down stairs
Refuel cells
Stare blankly at flashing box

Wander into daylight
All riding in big tin bricks
We don’t make a sound

We flow like oil
In through doors
To our controls

Blackening the floors
Our fingers squirm
Until we fade away

Go home
Refuel cells
Stare blankly at flashing box

Cascade into bed
Liquid full of dreams
Hardens in the night
